Sauna cleanses your tired body and mind. Our sauna is made from a quality Finnish spruce. In between the time you spend in sauna a 4 person whirlpool is a place to relax.
Sauna and Whirlpool is offered to individuals as well as groups or firms upon prior reservation. Please allow at least 1 hour before the reservation for the sauna to heat up.
How to get the most out of sauna
- The following tips will help you to get the maximum relaxation effect out of your sauna experience
- You should enter sauna naked. Wearing bathing suits while using sauna is ineffective. The sweat carrying toxins away from your body is blocked by the presence of cloth and may cause allergic reactions
- Before entering the sauna prepare your body by washing yourself thoroughly with soap. Individual sessions should not exceed 15 minutes. 5 to 10 minutes is enough for smaller children and beginners. You should not undergo more than four sessions during one hour
- Wrap yourself in a sheet and take a short rest after cooling off in a cold shower or a pool with cold water. The cooling off enhances your immune system and is beneficial in the fight against cellulitis and varicose vein
- To prevent dehydration don't forget to replenish body liquids. Another helpful thing is a scrubbing sponge. With its help you can remove the outer layer of dead skin cells and give your skin a fresh and soft feel
