Individual physical exercise
Series of exercises performed under the guidance of a physical therapist aimed at strenghtening of sagging muscle groups and activation of spine and joint stabilizers. Duration - 30 minutes.
Group exercise
For groups of up to six individuals. Exercise aimed at strenghtening of sagging muscle groups and activation of spine and joint stabilizers. Duration - 45 minutes.
Spine and joint mobilisation
Used for strengthening and regeneration of sagging muscle groups through soft activation. Certified physical therapist removes functional spine and joint disorders via special mobilization and relaxation techniques.
Exercises in the swimming pool
Shower and a short stay in the pool is necessary for an acclimatisation of the organism. Exercise performed in the water helps muscles to relax thanks to the floating effects of water. The water temperature is kept at 32°C and the exercise takes 30 minutes. There is also a possibility to swim in the pool using the contra flow.
Therapy according to Dr. Mojzis
Six lessons on individual or a group basis (up to 6 individuals). Explanation of the therapy, examination, exercise, warm up before the spine mobilisation. Post therapy check up with a consultation. Duration of one lesson - 45 minutes.
