15th - 21st February (Mon - Sun)
Week of good old-fashioned bohemian pork feasting
Traditionally, the pork feast marks the beginning of the fasting which starts on the Ash Wednesday and lasts until until the Easter. Come with your friends and taste the good old-fashioned bohemian classics.
4th - 11th April (Sun - Sun)
Week of Easter specialties
...after a long winter and a period of fasting it´s time to feast and get into a good mood. We suggest the Easter stuffing made with young nettles, herb soup, rabbit loin with bacon and sage served with potato and nettle pancakes and other Easter specialties.
30th April (Fri)
Waiting for the Witches
...spend the evening with your friends at our gazebo. Specialties from the grill, bonfire, witches Sabbath. Later in the evening - wine cellar and live band.
11th October - 17th October (Mon - Sun)
Week of Wild Game specialties
...since the dawn of time wild game has always been highly regarded by nobility and kings at their feasts. Due to its specific taste and aroma it is highly prized by gourmets all over the world up to this day. We suggest stag T-bone steaks with roasted mushrooms or grilled pheasant breast with fried champignons.
11th - 21st November (Thu - Sun)
Week of St. Martin’s Wine
...come savour the young red St. Martin´s Moravian wine, vintage 2007. Our chefs suggest pancakes filled with goose liver and sprinkled with ground nuts, together with a golden roasted goose.
6th - 22nd December (Mon - Wed)
Christmas menu
...it´s Advent time, Christmas Eve is approaching, conifer branchlets, mistletoe and Christmas decorations all evoke an unforgettable atmosphere. Fish soup, wine sausages, fried carp with a fine potato salad all make up the traditional Christmas supper.
